The Firm advises and/or represents clients on restructuring and bankruptcy cases as debtor or creditor. For example, in 2011 The Firm represented Allied Ever Investment against PT. Kertas Nusantara(Kiani Kertas) in a restructuring case. In 2017, The Firm represented oil giant and the biggest company in the world by assets, Sinopec seismic division Henan Petroleum, as a creditor in a bankruptcy case.

The Firm advises and/or represents clients on a long list of corporate legal law such agribusiness, energy and natural resources especially mining and oil and gas, power plant – independent power producer, merger and acquisition, project finance, join venture, private equity, corporate organization and securities and many more.
Intelectual Property Law
The Firm advises and/or represents client of multinational music companies on their copyrights law in relevant to their cooperation with their counterpart spanning from artist, composer, music creator, digital asset management and media player to a new sensation of karaoke app. Our firm go beyond that by exercise those advise by successfully defend it both on and off the court
Labour Law & Workplace Management
The Firm advises and/or represents clients on labour issues such code of conduct, employment contracts, and give training on violation on code conduct, employment contract, and criminal law in workplaces. We also advise and represent our clients in labour court cases for termination and compensation.

The Firm advises and/or represents clients both on and off the commercial and/or criminal court. We also advise and/or represent clients on business crime, fraud, and compliance. Our clients includes company giants in its industry, forbes top-ten business owner, and individuals. To some extent, we provides law expert from top law university to back-up our arguments to achieve success
Real Estates and Land Law
Most of cases in Indonesia involve Real Estate and Land Law. The Land Law has not been changed since the early 60’s and has evolved during the booming of buildings and skyscrapers. Our firm consist most of its attorney from senior lawyer so we are not only understand how the real estates and land law works but chances are few of our senior lawyer contributed in shaping the Indonesian land law and court precedent over the years.
